- All meeting rooms will be equipped with Windows AND Macintosh computers for slide presentations.
- Talks may be given in Italian or English. If you are comfortable giving your talk in English, please do: this will allow foreign guests to follow your presentation.
- As said previously, if you have been invited to give an oral presentation, you are also warmly invited to put up a poster of your talk upon your arrival. This will allow people to ask extra questions and will give those who have not made it to your talk a chance to learn about your work.
