IFOM – Via Adamello, 16 The general interest of the laboratory is to study the mechanisms that regulate the development and the maintenance of the vascular system. The aim is to identify targets to regulate the vasculature in pathological conditions such as tumors (for more detail about our group, research and publications please go to our web page, http://www.ifom-firc.it, following Research). We are looking for a motivated, newly graduated, Post Doctoral fellow to develop a project on a novel cell-cell junction molecule and on the signaling and transcriptional pathways controlled by such molecule (project 1 and 4 in our web page). The candidate should have a solid background in cellular and molecular biology, biochemistry and imaging. Experience with animal models is desirable, but not required.
